K9-Park Terms and Conditions

Welcome to K9-Park! We’re excited to have you and your furry friends join us. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review our terms and conditions.

Children at K9-Park

  • Supervision: Children must be supervised at all times in the paddocks.
  • Safety: Do not allow children to climb on equipment, fences, gates, or seating.
  • Responsibility: Do not leave children unattended. If you need to return to your car, ensure your dog and children wait in the holding pen.
  • Clean-Up: Put away any toys/balls and return any moved equipment before leaving.
  • Gates: Ensure all gates are securely closed before leaving the car park.

Note: This is a dog exercise paddock, not a children’s playground. Responsibility for any child remains entirely with the hirer/user.

Important Information Regarding Banned Breeds

If you own a dog on the banned breed list (including XL bully ‘types’ from 31.12.23), you must have:

  • A Certificate of Exemption & Public Liability Insurance
  • Your dog must be microchipped and neutered as per government guidelines.

Muzzle and Lead Requirements:

  • Dogs must be muzzled and on a lead between the parking area and the paddocks.
  • Once inside the small activity paddock with the gate securely closed, you may remove the lead and muzzle.
  • At the end of your visit, reapply the lead and muzzle before entering the car park.

Multiple Dogs:

  • Dogs from the same household can play together off-lead in the small activity paddock.
  • If dogs from different households are present, the banned breed must remain muzzled and on a lead with a 1:1 handler.

Note: Non-compliance with these requirements will result in a ban from K9-Park and deletion of your account.
